Do you offer a-la-carte services?


We have streamlined processes in place to take our clients from brand development all the way to web design; however, we have a significant amount of clients that have specific projects and take them on as a case-by-case basis. If you have a specific need, please schedule a consultation and together we can decide if we would make fit. In the case that we both agree your project is not within our wheelhouse, we are confident that we can guide you to a trusted outside source.

What website platforms do you prefer?


We are experts in Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify and Showit. Once we uncover the specific needs of your business, we work diligently to find customized solutions and match the correct platform.

Will you teach me how to use the website?


Absolutely! There's nothing more frustrating than relying on a third party. At the time of your website launch, we will do a custom screen share walking you through the ins and outs of your website to make sure you feel comfortable and in control. If you would like for us to continue an ongoing maintenance, we offer packages to fit monthly needs. These packages include managing minor fixes, plugins or plug outs, and minor updates.

What do I need to start?


After our initial discussion, we present a customized plan and the steps needed to proceed. Upon receiving the required deposit, you will be given access to a client portal where you will find a client prep checklist as well as a timeline to follow for each step of your project. All files will be organized within that client portal to keep all parties organized and on the same page. Systems and processes tend to be our knack - so if you feel like you might need someone to help guide you along, don’t fret, you’ll be in great hands! What are your typical turnaround times? Our signature branding, identity and web design project averages 4-6 week; from the time we receive all assets we require of our clients to site launch. Logo and brand development projects average 2-3 weeks; from our initial call to delivery of final files. Please understand that project time frames will vary due to client response times {revisions, content, etc} and require that our clients deliver all assets prior to starting the project to ensure we stay on track.

Do you manage social media accounts?


Although we have extensive experience in managing social media accounts across various industries, we have chosen to focus on developing overall digital strategies for our clients. We believe that social media can be a powerful tool, but only a small part of marketing. The most powerful brands on social media are those who create authentic content and really engage with their audience. To accomplish this, we advise this is done in-house, but also understand the challenges that can create. Our most successful approach is to partner with clients to develop a strategic plan specific to their business goals and from there we present, train and prepare their internal team to execute that plan while supporting them along the way.

Do you charge rush fees for projects under a tight deadline?


We are far too familiar with the world of rushing and have found that in order to deliver a focused, impactful experience to our current clients, it is best that you find another team.
