Our designs are copyrighted Walcot Studio. You may not share, distribute or resell any design(s) or claim the design(s) as your own. Walcot Studio owns the property rights to all designs, graphics and photoshop files included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users. Designers are prohibited from claiming our templates and designs as their own and promoting them as original work. This includes our designs modified in any meaning of the word. At the sole discretion of Walcot Studio, any use deemed a violation of use will be pursued with legal action and monetary fines per incident. 

DEMO PHOTOGRAPHY LICENSING -
All photography in our demo sites and social media templates are not for use with any live website or design. Photographs provided in these demo sites are copyrighted and protected. By purchasing, you assume responsibility of replacing all demo photography and legally purchasing your own photography. If you want to purchase the license to use a photograph used in a demo design, please reach out to us at shop@walcotstudio.com and we will happily provide the source of where we purchased our license so that you may do the same.


RETURN POLICY / REFUNDS - 
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided. If you have further questions or need further clarification, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase to discuss. Please note that if we do accept your claim, there will be a 40% "restocking" fee of the original purchase amount minus any promo codes/discounts used at time of purchase.
